\nThe vineyards have been selected in Aegialeia and are grown in close cooperation with the producers there to meet the quality standards of this wine.
\nContinuous sampling determines the point at which both aromatic intensity and flavor are at their peak. At this point the grapes are harvested and come directly to the winery. This is followed by a modern white winemaking with cold extraction for Chardonnay and a \"cold thermal profile\" during fermentation for Roditis. After a short ripening in the tanks to express the aromatic elements of the varieties the wine is bottled to keep all the freshness and aroma of the varieties.
\nThe Chardonnay \/ Roditis<\/strong> of Mitrakos Winery<\/strong> is a wonderful combination of two gifted varieties. A white dry wine with a complex fruity and floral aroma that distinguishes citrus fruits, grapefruit, mango, and lemon and acacia. Full in the mouth that is delightfully accented by a refreshing acidity and a long and aromatic aftertaste.
